What is our refund and return policy?
Our products are 100% guaranteed.  If you have used the product and decided it's not what you want or if you are unsatisfied with your purchase, please notify us within 30 days of your purchase.  We will issue a full refund less shipping and handling costs.

When and how are orders shipped?
All orders are handcrafted and made fresh upon order. All orders under $200.00 are normally shipped within 3-5 business days. Please note, orders over $200.00 will ship within 5-7 business days and orders over $300.00 may take up to 10 business days to ship.

Due to the high shipping prices of UPS and FedEx to the U.S. mainland, all orders are shipped via USPS Priority Mail Flat Rate, USPS Priority Mail, or Express Mail, if desired.  Shipping charges are based on the weight of your package.  An automatic confirmation email will be sent upon submission of your order.  A shipping confirmation
